Why PicoWay?

Shatter Ink, Don't Burn Skin

Traditional lasers rely on heat to melt ink, often causing burns or scars. PicoWay works differently: it delivers energy so fast (in trillionths of a second) that it shatters ink mechanically using sound waves, leaving your skin safe.

FAQ

Common Questions

How many sessions will I need?+

It varies. Amateur tattoos may take 3-5 sessions; professional tattoos often take 6-10+. We can give a better estimate in person.

Does it hurt?+

It feels like a rubber band snapping against the skin. It is uncomfortable but very quick. We use strong numbing cream and cold air to help.

Will it leave a scar?+

With PicoWay, the risk of scarring is very low compared to older lasers because it uses less heat. Following aftercare instructions is key to preventing scars.

Can you remove blue and green ink?+

Yes. While older lasers struggled with these colors, PicoWay has specific wavelengths designed to shatter blue and green pigments effectively.

Can I partially remove a tattoo for a cover-up?+

Absolutely. Many patients only need 2-3 sessions to fade a tattoo enough for their artist to tattoo over it easily.
